01 / Capabilities

Two disciplines.
More ways forward.

Design decisions and physical parts belong in the same conversation. Get practical support where your project needs it.

01 — Develop

Product R&D &
electromechanical prototyping

Connect the mechanical, electronic, and practical pieces of your idea. Explore feasibility, develop the design, and refine it through functional prototypes.

  • Mechanical CAD & enclosure design
  • Sensors, controllers & electronics integration
  • Engineering-polymer prototypes & fixtures
  • Iteration & design for fabrication
Talk through an idea
02 — Fabricate

Sheet metal design &
laser fabrication

Turn a drawing into a cut-ready file and a useful custom part. A practical route for prototype brackets, guards, panels, fixtures, and small-batch jobs. Customer-supplied material is welcome, subject to compatibility and condition review.

  • Drawing-to-CAD & DXF cleanup
  • Laser-ready flat patterns & cut files
  • Custom parts, prototypes & small batches
  • Materials & requirements reviewed individually
Discuss a custom part

Something a little less conventional? Custom signs, cutout artwork, and decorative pieces are welcome, too.

02 / The process

A clear path
from “what if” to what’s next.

Every project gets an individual review. Scope, materials, tolerances, and timing are agreed before a build begins.

  1. 01

    Share the idea.

Send a sketch, CAD file, document, or description. Tell us what it needs to do and what you’re trying to solve.

  2. 02

    Work through the details.

We review feasibility and requirements, ask questions, and identify a sensible approach for your project.

  3. 03

    Define the build.

Receive a custom proposal with a clear scope. Move into fabrication or prototyping once the details are agreed.

Thoughtful review. Custom proposals. No instant estimates or automatic orders.

03 / Start a conversation

Tell us what
you’re building.

You don’t need a finished drawing. Share what you have, where you want to go, and what’s getting in the way.

Good starting points
  • A sketch or reference photo
  • A CAD model or DXF drawing
  • A Word document or PDF
  • Just an idea in your own words

    Privacy & project files

JayCore Innovations uses the contact information, project description, and files you provide to assess your project and follow up with you. Submitting a request does not create an NDA or a commitment to proceed.

When online submissions are enabled, files are held in private cloud storage. Project notifications contain your contact details and a brief summary, with no file attachments or public download links. Authorized staff retrieve files through authenticated accounts. Files are not automatically opened, executed, or sent to AI services.

The website’s stored inquiry details and uploaded files are scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission, unless they are needed for an active project. Cleanup runs daily to remove eligible records and files. We retain information and files for active projects while the work requires them. This scheduled cleanup covers website records and uploads; email correspondence is handled separately.

To discuss confidentiality, request access to your information, or ask for deletion of a submitted request, email [email protected]. Contact us before submitting if you need a specific retention or confidentiality arrangement.
